The family pass would cover one child 21 yrs. old & older or parents of current members. One family pass covers one adult child + their legal spouse + their children under 18 years old living at home and going to school or the parents of the member. If the member would like to bring in two adult children then they would need to purchase two passes. If the member would like to bring their parents and one adult child they would need to purchase two family passes.
The pass will cover one son or daughter with a spouse (legally married) and any children under 18 yrs. old living at home going to school. The daughter or son must bring a birth certificate to show the relationship to the member. If son’s or daughter’s spouse (legally married) has a different last name then they must bring a marriage license to show proof.
When the adult child or parents are brought into River Ranch by a member on the family membership pass they will need to purchase a one time family card. Cost of this card is $10 and this card will be good for 12 months. This card is only used to help expidite the sign in process at the front gate, proving that the required identification has already been shown, and does not give the child/parent access to the property.
The adult childbor parents are required to leave a $20 refundable deposit and receive a wristband in addition to the one time family card fee, as mentioned above. This wristband must be worn the entire time they are on River Ranch property. This wristband will be removed by a River Ranch employee when signing out. If the wristband has been removed prior to signing out the deposit will not be returned. NO EXCEPTIONS
A parent can use the members’ birth certificate as proof. The parents must be legally married to their spouse to bring them on a family membership pass. If different last names then have to have a marriage license.
Each guest is required to have an orange ORV permit on all vehicles that utilize the trails within River Ranch. ORV permits can be purchased at a cost of $5 each.
Each guest membership is only good to bring in one ATV. Additional ATVs may be brought onto the property at a cost of $20 each.
All non members, when entering and leaving the property, should park in the field by the front gate and walk up to the guest/family trailer, if open, or the the front gate. In order to do paperwork children/parents must have a valid ID along with the family card or valid identification as described above, without it they will not be allowed access to River Ranch property on no guest dates. Members are responsible for making sure that their children/parents are signed out. Insurance and liability issues mandate that this is done. If a child/parent leaves the property to go to the store without the member, the member must come back up to the gate to get them back in when they return. A child/parent can sign out and leave before a member, but the $20 deposit will not be returned until the member signs out. Members only, not the spouse can sign a child/parent in or out.
