Why Huntington Bay?
We are active members of River Ranch Property Owner’s Association for more than a decade. River Ranch is like no other place. Here you have access to over 70 square miles of untouched nature. The hardworking, diligent people at front gate will help set you up with your membership and walk you thru the entire process.
You can get started with River Ranch in one of 2 ways. You can either purchase an Access lot or a Campground lot. With the Access lot you are qualified to purchase a membership to the River Ranch Property Owners Association and use of all the facilities. The Access Lot allows you to camp in the designated temporary camping area (when you leave you take with you what you came in with). You cannot leave anything behind. If you purchase a Campground lot, you are able to have all of the above benefits of membership as well as have your own site upon which you can leave a camper and your belongings.

- Membership: $155 per year
- Guest Pass: $135 per year, each membership can buy 2 or less
- Membership allows you to camp in the designated temporary camping area
River Ranch Camp Lots
- You can leave your camper on your lot
- We have all Sizes: 1/3 AC, .625 AC, 1.25 AC, 2.5 AC
- Well Located Lots with prices starting at $7,500
- Prices based on proximity to front gate, main grade, etc.
- Cheapest way to qualify for a membership
- Your Deed mailed directly to your home
ATTENTION RIVER RANCH MEMBERS
Everyone under the age of 18 who comes in with a member that is not their parent must have a signed and notarized Limited Power of Attorney on file.
THE HUNTINGTON BAY CHILDREN’S FUND RAFFLE
We at Huntington Bay, believe that our greatest strength is our children. Their well-being, happiness, education, and mindset will help set the course for our families, communities, and our nation. In that spirit, we are proud to establish the Huntington Bay Children’s Fund. This fund is designed specifically to enhance the Children’s Activity Committee at River Ranch
We will soon be launching a raffle. The prize will be donated by Huntington Bay. The winner of the prize will receive a free Access Lot. To join the raffle, all you have to do is purchase a raffle ticket.
