NOTICE
Since Memorial Day weekend is a no guest weekend, RRPOA has decided to open the guest trailer during that weekend to be used as a member sign-in location. Members will also be able to buy ice at that location as well to try to minimize the time that members wait at the front gate. If you only need to sign in and/or buy ice we are encouraging you to utilize the guest trailer to speed the process for you.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
IF YOU ARE PARKED BY THE TRASH TRAILER, BLOCKING ROADS BY THE FRONT GATE OR PARKED PERMANENTLY IN THE FIELD BY THE FRONT GATE YOU WILL BE TOWED AT YOUR EXPENSE! WE CANNOT HAVE ROADS BLOCKED, THE TRASH TRAILER BLOCKED OR THE FRONT FIELD PERMANENTLY FILLED WITH CARS. WE HAVE A TOW COMPANY IN LINE THAT WILL TOW YOUR VEHICLE. SIGNS WILL BE POSTED IN THE AREAS THAT WILL HAVE VEHICLES TOWED IF YOU ARE PARKED.

We as an Association had to implement a new rule
Under General Rule section of RRPOA Rules & Regulations
1. The Association does not and shall not discriminate on the basis or race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activiities or operations, including, but not limited to, the employment or membership of any individual.
No Member or Guest shall use vulgar, profane, or disrespectful language or gestures towards any members, guest of a member, or officier, director , employee, vendor, agent, or representative of the Association.
No Member or Guest shall express prejudices or use language which might be insulting or demeaning to any member, guest of a member, or officer, director, employee, vendor, agent, or representative of the Association, concerning race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status.
No Member or Guest shall unlawfully discriminate against or harass any member, guest of a member, or officer, director, employee, vendor, agent, or representative of the Association.
