Kids 18 and under are included in your membership. Kids under 21 can also go in our membership as long as they present a Driver’s License with the same address as yours. If over 21, they must purchase a guest pass or buy their own Access Lot
- We will email you the Official Purchase Receipt. You Print it out and take it with you when you go to RRPOA and you will be able to sign up for membership right away.
- We will prepare and forward your Deed to the Courthouse for recording. Your Deed will come in the mail directly from the Courthouse to your home.
We use Paypal through which you can pay by any major credit card, debit card, etc.

An access lot allows you use of the South side of River Ranch. The north side is pretty much shut down.
We don’t do tours for access lots. We offer you a great price and convenience to purchase from home.
