We will prepare and forward your Deed to the Courthouse for recording and inform membership office. This way you can gain access same day that you purchase.

We use Paypal through which you can pay by any major credit card, debit card, etc.

Gone are the days when you would have to actually meet at the Courthouse. We have built this system based on a decade of dealing with the hassle of driving to the courthouse, burning gas and time, looking for parking, going through the airport like security, all just to record a Deed.

We have automated the entire system so our valued customers can buy right from their computer or phone from anywhere.
When you make payment:
1) We issue you a payment receipt
2) We prepare and forward to the Courthouse the Deed
3) We inform RRPOA so that you are then qualified to gain membership
4) Your recorded Deed will be sent by the Courthouse directly to your home
5) All you have to do is make payment and we take care of the rest

When you are buying an Access Lot, you are conducting a real estate transaction (it may be small in funds but it is still a real estate transaction). As such, your paperwork should be prepared professionally and your business should never be conducted on random street corners, at the risk of being scammed. Please do yourself a favor, buy right and buy with confidence.

Access Lot: You camp in the designated camping area.  You take with you what came in with.  This is the best way to get into River Ranch.  Camp Lot: You camp on your own lot and if you want you can leave things on your own lot. This is great AFTER you have become familiar with River Ranch by purchasing an Access Lot.  Always better to spend $500 and get familiar with a place and then when you are ready to move up, buy a Camp Lot which average $10,000.

If you buy a Camp Lot from us, we will allow you to trade it back to us when you buy the Camp Lot. You have an option, trade it back to us or re-assign it to a family member or friend who will be coming to your new Camp Lot with you.  Once you buy a Camp Lot there is always more friends and family that want to come along with you.  You can assign it to them or trade back to us, your choice.
