Property Owner Membership Dues:

  • Membership dues are $155 and are good for 12 months after purchase and needs to be renewed every 12 months.
  • A membership is good for the property owner, their spouse and their kids who are under the age of 21 that live within the property owner’s home.
  • A spouse card can be purchased for $25. This will enable the spouse to enter or leave the property without having the property owner sign them in or out.
  • Each member is allowed to purchase up to 2 guest memberships at a cost of $135 each.
